At VILLOID, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 10 business days of arrival.
